Vision
The HeartSpark Collective is a nonprofit peer support initiative for women in the Wood Buffalo region. Inspired by the success of HeartSpark, our mental health and friendship program for girls aged 9–13, we saw a growing interest from the community to create something similar for adults. The HeartSpark Collective offers low-cost or free sessions for women, featuring thoughtful discussions, guest speakers, and creative time. Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space where women can connect, support one another, and engage in meaningful conversations on topics like wellness, personal growth, self-care, and mental health. We also plan to host larger events and conferences to bring women together and foster community healing and empowerment.
