What HeartSpark Does

Friendship and Mental Health Programming

HeartSpark Ltd. is a safe place for healing, growth and reflection.

What We Do

HeartSpark Ltd. was incorporated

as a non-profit organization on

April 4, 2024.

We currently facilitate FREE in-person programming for girls around ages 9-13. Our programming is fluid and always adjusting to the needs, ideas, and dreams presented to us.

Our focus is self-reflection through discussions, creativity, and activities that help us explore ourselves and the world around us.

We also welcome inspirational role models from the community to visit and discuss topics important to our demographic.

In addition to our regular programming, we encourage our participants to give back to their community through volunteerism. By engaging in volunteer activities, the girls learn the value of service and gain a deeper connection to their community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to kindle the flames of personal growth, foster a culture of lifelong learning, and nurture compassionate connections for pre-teen and teenage girls in Wood Buffalo.
